KCK made history again!
Think about it! 200 hundred people enjoying Kenyan music, food and colors…
It was colorful day and night on Saturday August 13th 2016 as Kenyans gathered at the Gwangalli Beach fun-filled day. KCK Busan Branch, who planned for the 2016 annual retreat, hit its target of hosting 200 people – the biggest and the most organized retreat in the history of KCK.
By the close of the day, 205 people had gathered at Pukyong National University for a delicious Kenyan gala and dinner. The dinner comprised of chapatti, pilau, kachumbari, karanga, chicken, vegetables, fruits, salad, ice-cream and drinks.
The Kenya Embassy headed by H.E. Deputy Ambassador Gathoga Chege, was down at the coastal city to join Kenyans for the historic retreat. Other guests included Ms. Clare Kim from BFIC, Mr. Dan Kim, a businessman, Dr. Han Dong Hee among other professionals, media personalities and community leaders, and friends of Kenya from Korea and different nations.
